Pet Restrictions:

There is a limit of 2 pets per home. All dogs must be 12 months of age. 1st Pet: $150.00 refundable deposit, $200.00 non-refundable fee and $20.00 per month pet rent. 2nd Pet: additional $100.00 refundable deposit, $100.00 non-refundable fee and an $10.00 per month pet rent.

The following breeds, either pure bred or mixed, are restricted:
